Your monthly contribution ensures 24/7 security, pristine communal areas and the upkeep of all roads and facilities, keeping the estate to the same standard year after year.
Monthly municipal rates are paid directly to the Dihlabeng Municipality, as determined by the Rates Valuation Roll. Water and electricity are calculated according to usage.
